It took 9 weeks total for the second repair, which was all about getting the part because it took him just a few minutes to add the part. I talked to someone in another part of the country who had to wait 6 weeks just for a belt on her 2-year-old machine. I don't know what has happened to Husqvarna, but I hope they get things straightened out quickly--they are destroying a great reputation. You should see the terrible reviews the Sapphire is getting. There's even a post on a sewing machine review site explaining general "lemon laws" that people can use to help with machines that just don't work from the moment they're purchased.
